Natural Crystal and Stone Variations

At Luna Crystals, we specialise in natural crystals, minerals, gemstones, and crystal products. Because these items are formed naturally within the Earth, each piece is unique.

No two crystals are exactly alike, and natural variations should be expected and appreciated as part of their individual character and beauty.

Colour Variations

The colour of a crystal may vary from piece to piece due to natural formation processes.

Please note that:

• Colours may appear differently depending on lighting conditions.
• Screen settings and device displays may affect how colours appear online.
• Natural crystals may contain multiple shades, patterns, or colour zoning.

For this reason, the item received may not appear exactly as shown in product photographs.

Size and Shape Variations

As natural crystals vary in formation, there may be differences in:

Intuitively Chosen Crystals

Where products are listed as "intuitively chosen", "selected for you", or sold by size or weight rather than individually photographed:

• Product photographs are representative examples.
• You will receive a similar item of the same material and grade.
• The exact crystal shown in photographs may not be the crystal supplied.

Every effort is made to ensure consistency in quality and sizing.

Exact Piece Listings

Where a product listing states that the crystal shown is the exact item available for purchase, you will receive the crystal pictured.

Returns Based on Natural Variation

Natural variations in colour, pattern, shape, size, inclusions, and other characteristics described in this policy are not considered faults.

Returns requested solely due to natural variations may be treated as a standard change of mind return and will be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
