We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

If delivery to another location becomes available, this will be shown at checkout.

2. Processing times

If free delivery is available for certain orders, this will be shown clearly on the website or at checkout.

5. Order tracking

If tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

6. Incorrect delivery details

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

Luna Crystals is not responsible for delays, failed delivery or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

7. Missed deliveries

If a delivery is missed, the courier may leave instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting the parcel.

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the courier’s instructions. If a parcel is returned to us due to missed delivery or non collection, additional postage costs may apply to resend the order.

8. Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Before contacting us, please check your tracking information, delivery emails and any safe place or neighbour delivery notes.

9. Damaged parcels

Please check your parcel when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

A clear description of the issue
Photographs of the damaged item
Photographs of the packaging

This helps us review the issue and arrange a suitable solution where appropriate.

10. Natural crystals and packaging

Crystals are natural items and may vary slightly in colour, shape, size and markings. These natural variations are not considered damage or faults.

We carefully package each order to help protect your items during delivery.
