Where a listing specifically states that the photographed item is the exact item you will receive, that item will be supplied.

4. Product Safety

Some items may contain small parts and may present a choking hazard.

Products are not suitable for children under 3 years of age and should be kept out of reach of young children.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children around crystals and crystal products.

International Orders

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is delayed or appears lost, we will work with the delivery provider to investigate. Refunds or replacements will be considered in accordance with the delivery provider's claims procedures.

9. Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

10. Returns and Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

We reserve the right to reduce a refund if returned items show signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
